1.Not financial advice
Nothing on upvoted, on its social media accounts or in anything its team says is financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. Votes, rankings, flairs, phases, charts and estimates describe public data and visitors' opinions; they predict nothing.
2.Memecoins are not stable and can go to zero
Memecoins have no intrinsic value. Their prices can move by 100% in minutes, and most lose all their value, often within minutes of launch. You can lose everything you put in. Read the Risk Disclosure.
3.No endorsement
Every coin on upvoted is created by someone else (or by you). upvoted does not vet, verify, audit, rate or endorse any coin, creator or project. A coin's name, image, description and links come from its creator and may be false, misleading or infringing.
4.$DOOT is not tied to upvoted
$DOOT is a memecoin. It is not tied to upvoted: it has no use, utility or function on this website, and holding it gives no access, features, rewards, revenue, votes, governance or any other right. It has no link to the votes, the rankings or the fee routing. The team holds some and may sell it at any time. It is not a financial product, not a way to make money, and can go to zero.
5.Real money, final transactions
There is no demo mode. Every trade and launch uses real SOL on Solana mainnet, and every transaction is final and irreversible.
6.18+ and restricted regions
upvoted is only for people aged 18 and over. It is not available in the United Kingdom, in France and its overseas territories, or in sanctioned jurisdictions, and must not be accessed from them by any means, including a VPN.
7.No affiliation
upvoted is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by reddit, pump.fun, Solana, or any wallet or token. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe.
8.Accuracy
Data on the site comes from public blockchains and third-party services and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always check the transaction in your wallet before you sign it.
